Kai ZHAO is Research and Teaching Fellow at the University of Maine, France, working at the Industrial Organization under the general supervision of Prof Nicolas Le Pape. He obtained his MSc. and PhD. degrees in Economics in 2008 and 2012, respectively. His current research interests lie in Horizontals Mergers, R&D spillovers and Strategic Delegation.
