Introduction
Determining the optimum configuration means choosing the best sensor, according to its characteristics, while optimizing the luminescence signal detection. We will thus determine the optimum of the geometrical relation between object and image, before determining the perfect exposure time and the signal-to-noise ratio. Determining those elements will make it possible to chose the best sensor for this application.
